Has anyone else noticed that their billing date has crept up to earlier in the month? I get paid mid month, and lately have been getting late fees on my phone bill until I realized that they changed my bill due date. I have contacted them , but am not very optomistic. Been considering just going to another carrier. They are extremly difficult to deal with.
Date changing is bad enough.....BUT I have several bills due in the SAME month!
In this month - MAY 2011 - I had bills due on 5/2 and 5/31.
This is not right - shape up your billing system........................... BigJohn
