I am unable to redeem my $200 Verizon Gift Card for signing up for Fios. I got the email saying I was now eligible to redeem it, followed the instructions and logged-in to my account, but there is no "reward tile" to click on. The strange thing is, a few days BEFORE I was eligible to redeem it, there WAS a tile on my account home page that said something along the lines of "You'll be eligible to redeem your $200 gift card reward in two days!" But as soon as I was eligible, it disappeared.
