From seeing all of these complaints it's clear to me they don't care about their customers. If this unsatisfactory service continues I will be finding new service. My LAND line pone went out for a half of a day, every 2 seconds every channel on each television keeps skipping and it's aggrivating. I tried to do that auto repair online and it freezes, as well as links keep sending me to "Bad gateway" FIX YOUR COMPANY OR LOWER YOUR PRICES. You get what you pay for? We pay plenty to have correct service. And I see complaints about alternating bill fees... I shake my head with this shameful company. The BBB needs to be notified.
