This is the third time I received this email about my reward to claim and I've been spending hours trying to figure out how to claim my reward and it's becoming exhausting. It's supposed to be two gift cards each for $100. It's so frustrating spending so much time trying to find out how to claim these rewards.. the "chat with us agents" are SO unhelpful it just wastes more time... SOS help!!!!
