I got a promotion offer of a $50 gift card for signing up for Fios. I'm unable to proceed to redeem it. Clicking the link to redeem gift card, just refreshes the page. It's supposed to expire soon, it's not fair to promote this offer and NOT fulfill it. What is the problem?
