Hi:
I wanted to change my user ID and tried to do this with your "chat" line representative. But after "Jose" said he would cancel my first registration, he came back and told me he couldn't do it becuase his "whole system crashed." So I went to your website and RE-REGISTERED Now I have two registrations, both with "AUTOPAY" for the same phonee number and paperless invoice. PLEASE HELP!
