i receive the email to redeem my $100 gift card as per my internet connection promotion, when i follow the link i dont see any "Rewards title" to redeem it on my account page, i have called verizon support and waiting more than 20 minutes, still cant reach a representative to speak with. My account number is {edited for privacy}
