I just received mines today. Although the wait was longer than they said, I still got it sooner than some of the people I have read about. It took 112 days from my install date for me to receive instead of within the 90 days specific in the promo terms. People that are saying it is a scam it is not a scam, but you MUST make sure that you pay your balance in full the first 60 days to even qualify for the card. If you do that you should receive the card with no problem.
