What happens if I am unable to Register or Sign into the wireless community as a My Verizon Wireless user?

You will now use the same process as if you were trying to gain access to My Verizon Wireless. You will have the ability to sign in with your mobile telephone number or your My Verizon User ID. You can use the  My Verizon Wireless Forgot Password or Forgot User ID processes if you have difficulties in signing in.
