Why do I want to use a Community Only User ID to access the wireless community?

  • A Community Only User ID is utilized for users who are not Verizon or Verizon Wireless customers.
  • As a registered  My Verizon Wireless user, your ID can be subject to billing account related changes that may impact your My Verizon Wireless ID.  For example, if you disconnect your wireless account, or move your wireless phone number from one account number to a different account number, your My Verizon Wireless ID and profile could be impacted..  If you unregister your My Verizon Wireless account, you may lose access to the wireless community and your profile.
