For Immediate Release

On February 18th San Fernando, CA based window coverings company, JT Blinds Inc. will be presenting its first ever Blind Drive & Fundraiser benefitting Habitat For Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (HFH GLA). This special event is a way for the Los Angeles area to join JT Blinds in its mission to recycle window coverings and to help provide for the needy.

For every blind (in good condition) that is brought in, JT Blinds will be donating $1.00 in addition to that blind to Habitat For Humanity of Greater Los Angeles – whose mission is to eliminate substandard housing through advocacy, education and partnership with families and individuals in need to build simple, sustainable and affordable housing. HFH GLA operates two ReStores in Gardena and Norwalk, which sell new and gently used, donated materials to the public at significantly reduced prices.

The Blind Drive & Fundraiser will run from 9 am to 4 pm at the company's showroom and refreshments will be provided for all that come to participate.

Instead of throwing your blinds in the trash, donate them to a worthy cause that will not only help the environment but help build hope, lives and communities in the Greater Los Angeles area for those in need.
