Sandra Bender would have to contact her ISP in regards to getting this resolved.

It was sent through a Verizon server. Not sure where she got that server, may have been on a laptop outside her home or cell phone, etc.
This happens with a single user, the only one on my mailing list from his isp provider. Can anyone out there shed some light on this issue?.

Is your friend or you by any chance running a mail server from their home, or are they using Verizon-provided or AOL-provided e-mail?
