Deleted a sub-account by mistake, anyway to retrieve it?

I had a sub-account, for my son, he used it for email. I beleive he used Outlook to check his email. I deleted the sub account by accident. Anyway to retrieve it or make a new sub account with his previous emai handle? I entered his previous email address handel and it said it's in use? I just deleted it. Was hoping to open Outlook and just be able to re-enter *****@verizon.net again.

You'll have to get in touch with Verizon tech support and hope you get an understanding agent.
