Hi! Hopefully I can get some resolution here. I live in Union, OH. My service provider has now changed from Verizon to Frontier. I am having an issue with my email. My main email account has been migrated over to frontier but the 2 sub accounts have not. When I contacted Frontier they searched the account for the sub accounts and they told me that they are not listed with my main account. I am currently using my sub email and my son is also currently using his. They will not be migrated unless I can get Verizon to clear up the issue. I work from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are not permitted to make or get personal calls. This leaves me without a way of calling Verizon to get this straightened out. If anyone from verizon sees this message, would you please help me out of this situation? I cannot go without my email! Thank you, {edited for privacy}

This might sound a little silly, but can't you just add the two sub accounts to your new (frontier.net) account? Or is your email domain still verizon.net?
