I can't access my email via my mobile phone or through the internet. When I try to access it from my phone, an error message pops up saying my user id and/or password is incorrect. When I try to sign in on verizon.net to read my email, nothing happens, it just goes back to the verizon home page. My husband is having this same issue with his account. We haven't changed our passwords or user ids. I was able to read email this morning until about 9am. Now nothing. Please help.
