Problem using Verizon Webmail's "Rich" interface on a Mac

Hello,

Is there a way to have Verizon Webmail always open in the "Rich" interface? I have made sure that "Rich" is selected in

My Settings/General/Display Preferences/Desired Interface

and I saved this setting but the program always opens in the "Basic Interface".

I had no trouble with a PC but now that I use a Mac this issue has come up.

Thank you so much for any suggestions.

Where are you logging in from? It may be simply the URL you are using.

Thank you.

When I open/re-open Safari, I always have the problem after I log in using this URL:

http://netmail.verizon.net/webmail/driver?nimlet=showcanvas#.

But when I close the tab and reopen Webmail using the link above, I always seem to get the "Rich" interface.

I usually navigate directly to webmail.verizon.net and log in there. Maybe try that and see if you have better luck?

Just make sure you're not clicking on the "Slow Connection? Try our basic version." link that comes up while it's loading.

No luck. I get the same log-in screen and it takes me to the "Basic" interface. By the way, I prefer the "Rich" interface because once I widen the view I see no ads !!

Hm, very odd. I've never had any trouble with it keeping my settings, but I know the doesn't help you much.

Maybe you have something in your cache/cookies that's causing it to load wrong?

Hopefully someone comes along here who has experienced this problem, so they can help you better than I.

I did delete all cookies and empty cache.
