FIOS Email: Doesn't work with Windows Live Mail?

I am unable to get my emails since July 16. The well-known error message is this: Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection". Error ID: 0x800CCC0F, Protocol: SMTP, Port: 464.

Can Verizon resolve this problem?
