Just got this up and running.Got the feeds instantly.File>Options>Advanced>RSS FeedsClick BOTHAny RSS Item that is updated appears as newSynchronize RSS Feed to the Common Feed List (CFL) in WindowsTHEN GO TO FORUM OF INTERESTOptions>Subscribe to RSS FeedWrite down URL …eg. forums.verizon.com/vrzn/rss/board?board.id=emailissuesTHEN GO TOFile>Account Settings>Add or Remove>RSS Feeds>NewYOU TYPE IN:http://www.forums.verizon.com/vrzn/rss/board?board.id=emailissues******************For some reason having trouble with http://www.forums.verizon.com/vrzn/rss/board?board.id=FiOS_Internet Will post if I get that one going

Went directly to Microsoft .Worked with Support Engineer.Switched browser to Internet ExplorerInstantly got the other 2 RSS Feeds in my OutlookNow all 3 are working PERFECTLY.

But I can't find my IE. No icon on my destop and can 't find an option to add a browser. How did you get there??

i HAVE BOTH BROWSER ON MY PC.I PRIMARILY USE CHROME.BUT AT MICROSOFT ENGINEERS SUGGESTION WE SOLVED THE PROBLEM USING IE.
